We normally look for both full time employees and part time experts. The part time experts, whose services are utilized for development projects and execution of specific aspects of a project under implementation, is on our panel.

ICICI Winfra has essentially two broad activity areas. One part is conception of projects and preparation of detailed project feasibility reports. The other part is responsible for actual project implementation. Ideally an employee is involved in a project from conception to completion.

The Company usually requires CAs, MBAs, Urban Planners, Project Engineers and Economists who have some experience in a consulting firm, with good report writing and innovative conceptualizing skills. The ideal person is 25 to 38 years of age with 2 to 10 years of work experience in a consulting/ advisory company.
