ICICI-WINFRA is engaged in the following main activities:

• Identifying infrastructure projects that are suitable for financing. On receipt of mandate from concerned government agencies ICICI WINFRA prepares project feasibility reports and proposes the best financial structuring, means of finance and appropriate vehicle for project ownership and implementation.
  
• Market suitably packaged projects to potential domestic / international investors.
  
• Evaluate proposals for setting up infrastructure projects and assess competence of sponsors.
  
• Arrange finance for projects, by way of equity, loans and/ or guarantees from the government, private sector, financial institutions, banks and multilateral agencies.
  
• Provide project management to select projects to ensure timely completion.
  
• Advise the Government on policy, legal and regulatory reforms required to facilitate flow of investments into projects
