  Status of project: Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the Second Phase of the Park is complete and has been submitted to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for grant
  
  
• Shilpangan: the Light Engineering Park Phase II: under construction

  Built up Area (Phase II): 1.0 lakh sq.ft. in the form of a eight storied Standard Design Factory Building for housing 28 manufacturing units.
  
  Status of Project: Contractor selected through open competitive bidding. Construction has commenced along with marketing effort. Expected completion: December 2005                                          
• Sudha Ras (Sankrail Food Park), West Bengal: under construction

Client: WBIDC
Park area: 50 acre

Cost of the Project: Rs. 18 Crore
Has 22 fully serviced plots including cold storages, warehouse and separate Common Facilities Building and a Standard Design Factory for small units

Status of the Park: The Park is expected to be completed by November 2005. Frito Lay (a Pepsico group company) is already operational in the Park.

Status of Project: Proposed land for the project is in possession of the Department. BOT partners short-listed through transparent selection process, based on EOIs submitted.

• Garment (Apparel) Park in Beliaghata, Kolkata: under conception

  Cost of the project (Phase I): Rs.47 crore
  
  Status of Project: Detailed Project Report (DPR) has already been submitted. Survey and clearing work, also complete. Property in possession of WBIDC.

Ultimate Built up area (Phase I): 14 acre. 
Cost of the Project (Phase I): Rs.28 Crore 

Status of the Project: Inception Report and Techno Economic Feasibility Report have already submitted to Tea Board India.

• Assisting Andrew Yule in divesting its balance stake in Phoenix Yule : under implementation
  
  ICICI-WINFRA's role in the project: Reviewed the Joint Venture Agreement (specifically the clauses in regard to the transfer of shares in the JV Co. amongst the promoters.) entered into between the client and Phoenix Yule
  
  Arrived at the Fair Market Value of the shares of the JV Co. For this purpose, valuation of equity shares was worked out under different methods viz. Net Asset Value method, Discounted Cash Flow method, P/E ratio method etc. and a report on the same was submitted.
  
  
• Transfer of tea division on management contract basis:

  ICICI-WINFRA's scope of work in the assignment: Carried out study of tea division garden wise, area wise and as a whole based on financial performance, issues relating to manpower, inter dependency between tea gardens etc.
  
  Based on the study carried out, tea gardens, individually or in-group, have been short-listed for the purpose of giving on Management Contract basis.
