The project envisages creation of a majestic world class Convention Center with allied facilities on 12 pile caps on river Hooghly under Vidyasagar Setu and commercial utilization of adjoining four acres of land. Can be the first major urban renewal project in Howrah.

    • Prepared the pre-feasibility report
    • Established the best possible commercial utilisation of space
    • Prepared detailed project report with costs, revenues and expenditures to establish financial viability and proposed means of financing & suggested mode of implementation
    • Marketed the project to prospective developers
    • Have recently identified a Dubai based developer, who is willing to take up the project. I-Win has therefore recommended its choice to the Govt., which is under their active consideration

  • Commercial utilisation of 1.5 acre plot of land belonging to Calcutta Tramways Co., a sick state government owned company
  • CTC has sought the professional services of ICICI-WINFRA for identification of possible commercial schemes on vacant plots available with it and assist CTC towards selection of implementation partner

    ICICI-WINFRA’s role in the project:

    • Prepared the pre-feasibility report
    • Marketed the project to potential bidders
    • Handled the bidding process for selection of suitable developer
    • Project cost : estimated at Rs 8 crore

  • Mani Square: assignment completed
    • MANI group, a well known developer proposes to built a multiplex named MANI SQUARE in Kolkata. It would comprise of a Food Park, IT Park, Business Club, Cineplex, Hypermarket, Retail Shops and Space for car parking.

    • Built up area: around 0.5 mn. sq. ft.
    • Cost of the Project (Phase I): Rs.115 Crore
    • Current Status : Report completed, park under construction
    • ICICI Winfra’s role in the project:
      Prepared the detailed feasibility report for the project.

  • ICICI Winfra has also prepared Detailed Project Feasibility Report and self financing schemes for the following, with its own resources, where the projects were later not pursued by the concerned agencies:
    • A Multi-storied Parking lot at Tirreta Bazaar on CSTC land for the Transport Department
    • Pedestrian walk-way between BBD Bag and Sealdah station for the Transport Department

  • Howrah Growth Pole under NCEUS scheme: report under preparation
  • The project is aimed at economic upliftment of the unorganized sector of Panchla & Domjur Blocks of Howrah District, under National Commission for Enterprises in the Unorganized Sector (NCEUS) Scheme. The unorganized sector comprises of zari, wig, jewellery, etc.
  • Pilot Area Proposed: Panchla & Domjur Blocks of Howrah District, W.B.
  • Area: 129.37 sq km
  • Client: WBDIC
  • Current Status: IWIN has received the go-ahead order for the preparation of “Detailed Project Report for implementation of the Scheme” from Govt. of West Bengal
    ICICI-WINFRA’s role in the project:
  • Identification of infrastructure gaps and proposing appropriate steps to be taken in order to provide required infrastructure for artisan communities & cost estimation for developing such infrastructures. The State Govt. has received approval from NCEUS based on the preliminary proposal prepared by IWIN.

  • Client: Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA)
  • Current Status: Detailed Project Report for both the projects submitted.
  • ICICI-WINFRA’s role in the project:
  • Improvement of Livelihood & Living Condition at Kumartuli – A World Class Heritage Site and a Sine-quay-non for Durga Puja – the most grandiose festival in Kolkata / Eastern India.
  • Decongestion of Trans-municipal drainage system across five municipalities, prevention of Water logging, improvement of economic activity & ensuring a high economic rate of return.
