Convention Center with allied facilities on 12 pile caps
on river Hooghly under Vidyasagar Setu and commercial utilization
of adjoining four acres of land. Can be the first major
urban renewal project in Howrah.

infrastructure for artisan communities & cost estimation for
developing such infrastructures. The State Govt. has received
approval from NCEUS based on the preliminary proposal prepared
by IWIN.
