Advisory services to Haldia Development Authority for developing the project on a BOT basis

• Project Cost : Rs 200 crore
  ICICI-WINFRA’s role in the project:
• Conceptualised the project for execution on a BOT basis
• Prepared draft pre-feasibility report
• Prepared demand-supply analysis and determined various price options on various modes of implementation
• Tied-up with US Trade Development Agency for technical inputs
• Bid process management - released Ad; evaluated EOIs; prepared bid document

• Client : West Bengal Trade Promotional Organisation
• Mandated by WBTPO, promoted by GoWB jointly with ITPO to prepare feasibility report for setting up an International Trade Center on 18 acres of land in the city for holding exhibitions and trade fairs
• Market Feasibility Report and business plan submitted.
• Mandated to invite expression of interest from prospective real estate developers for implementing this project

  The project was to set up a statewide communication network
  using WBSEB’s transmission and distribution Infrastructure

Client: West Bengal State Electricity Board (WBSEB)

ICICI-WINFRA’s role in the project:

• Prepared feasibility report for this project which included designing OFC network, establishing the cost of project
• Prepared business plan for establishing the viability of the project.
• Suggested process through which private sector participation can be invited to the project and WBSEB could have substantial income

• Outline Development Plan and financing plan for Haldia:
  The study involved creation of an ODP for the Haldia Development Area and creation of a short term and medium term financing plan for the above ODP
  Client: Haldia Development Authority
  ICICI-WINFRA’s role in the project:

• Prepared the guidelines for selection of area planner for creation of a 20-year integrated development plan for the Haldia Development Area, invited tenders, got response from around the globe and evaluated the tenders
• Prepared a 5-year and 20 –year business plan for establishing the investment required for creation of required infrastructure development and suggested means of financing for the same.
